Ancelotti and the CBF have reached full agreement on all matters, with no outstanding issues regarding either the financial terms or the contract duration. In May this year, the CBF officially announced Ancelotti as Brazil’s head coach, with a contract running until the 2026 World Cup. The CBF had originally planned to renew his contract before the 2026 tournament to prepare in advance for the next cycle and avoid being affected by the team’s performance in the competition. Ancelotti’s annual salary is €9.5 million.
